This is a forgotten legacy character from our forum RPG called The Terryville All-Stars.

Miyuki Tsukino is a previously unknown cousin to Sailor Moon who has no special powers of her own. However... she does have a magic ring that enables her to henshin into the anime powerhouse known as Dark Witch. She does not like her cousin at all, but she is a very nice anime girl.

I know what a lot of you are saying; she isn't furry. Therefore, look to her shoulder and meet her witch's familiar, Toad. He is responsible for delivering messages from the Witches Consortium of Japanopolis to her and to provide her with new spells of Witchcraft when she is ready to learn new magical feats.

Miyuki is owned by my Canadian friend, Evenstar.
