Commissions haven't closed for one thing....as for what you're saying, I understand what you mean by it sounding contradictory, but there's more to it than trying to entice people to pay me for art, but rather it literally is just support. I know I saw it as stupid for a while too, but it's more complicated than just "free" and "pay me".....

Do you have the auto pay on btw? If so you should let folks know so they can join early and mid month rather than at the end of a current month to avoid double charges.
Not 100 percent sure if it would double charge in the end of the month scenario but its better safe than sorry.

I have it on auto pay, but that doesn't seem to work that way. For example-- One patron joined at the very end of April, but was no included in the May 1st payout. It's complicated, but it doesn't seem to double charge, and if it ever does, I'll gladly give refunds...
