Body
Although appearing with robot limbs, Specter can move them just like any other limb. The only organic parts are his head (brain and eyeballs), groin, and most of his internal organs that are slowly being cyberized due to the experiment done to him as an embryo. The light blue sections on his hair are actually indicator lights that indicates the condition of his chest reactor.
Clothing
The only clothing Specter wears is a pair of slate-colored pants and steel boots.
