After the sun went down, it was time to rest for the night, Nyaria and Maota were getting cleaned for bed, but as Omni waited, Cladius stepped before him, "And why are you here in this room?"  "I'm watching ove-"  "You aren't fit to be in the same room, you may be their bodyguard, but you are still an... inbred thing."

"Meaning you have to watch over them from outside the room." he said leading Omni out, "But how can I watch over them if I can't see them?"  "You are to listen and give them privacy, if anything happens you call on one of the guards to open the door." he said before telling his niece and nephew good night before locking the door.

"Just to make sure you don't sneak in." he said handing the key to a guard, "Best not catch you sleeping or else." he said as they left leaving Omni in the dark hallway w/ only a few torches to light the room, "Omni?"  "Nyaria?"  "Are you alright?"  "I'll be fine... I don't think your uncle likes me very much."  "He will eventually, don't worry." she said.

"Brother Omni out there?"  "Yes... but I'll be fine.  You 2 go and get some sleep.  As your bodyguard and soldier of Fucepael, it is my duty to watch out for you both." he said as she smiled, "I know you'll do fine, Omni, but don't be afraid to sleep yourself."  "Yeah!  We have a fun day tomorrow!" Maota said as Omni nodded and bid each other good night.

As Nyaria was helping Maota to bed, he spoke, "You like brother Omni, don't you?"  "Well, yes, he's a very good friend."  "Are you going to marry him?" Maota asked as Nyaria blushed, "Maota, I-well-I mean-I'm... I'm already spoken for." she said looking away a lil down as Maota does a raspberry, "Phbt, Blob-boon is no fun." he said.

Nyaria giggled, "Indeed."  "You and brother Omni should be together!" he said as Nyaria blushed and smiled a lil, "... it is a nice thought Maota... but as princess of Fucepael, I have a duty to wed whom mother and father deem worthy for my hand... even... if I don't like it." she said, "Now get to sleep, we have a big day ahead of us." she said as Maota soon sleeps.

Nyaria walked to her bed before stopping to look at the door, she walked to walked to the window and looking at the lunar stars thinking to herself, "... Omni and I... I'd be lying if I didn't think about it at least once... but... it wouldn't work out..." she said lightly w/ her paws together at her bosom, she closed her eyes and softly prayed before going to bed to sleep.

Hours passed as Omni stood there slightly trying to stay awake, but he couldn't anymore as his eyes shut closed while sliding to sit on the floor, it was still w/ only the sounds of the torches burning when a figure peeked from around a corner then disappeared the next w/o a sound, outside Nyaria and Maota's window one figure was signaled as one on the ground flung a hook onto the sill.

Though silenced, the lil padded thud rang to where Omni snapped awake, sharp and alert, he growls a lil and stood up before then dashing silently in the darkened hallways, the figure on the ground climbed the rope and got to the sill signalling the other they were in, the other nodded and turned to make sure Omni was still sleeping but was suddenly met w/ sharp yellow eyes.

The figure in the room quietly got on the floor and looked about, seeing that Nyaria and Maota were sleeping soundly, he reached in his pouch and pulled out a potion to and a rag, used to make anyone that smelled it would go unconscious for hours w/o waking up, but just before he started to do his task, Omni appeared at the windowsill glaring at the figure intently.
