Some time has past as it was drawing close to Nyaria's birthday and she wanted to visit her uncle; Duke Cladius at the port town; Gredia, but also to show Omni what the ocean looked like, but King Roergan had some business to finish before traveling anywhere.
Maota wanted to go as well and Nyaria said that w/ Omni around they would be safe to go on ahead, Eingrahm thought it would be good to give Omni the responsibility in his new role as a 1st class soldier, plus to show they trusted him as well as the king trusting in his daughter's trust in Omni.
King Roergan didn't much like the idea but accepted that Nyaria and Maota can go on ahead w/ Omni watching over them, a letter was sent to Cladius of their arrival while they packed, then they were off and heading to the port town: Gredia where Duke Cladius ruled over.
After 2 days of travel, they reached the hill top to see Cladius' home, the town and the ocean; Omni could smell the sea salt in the air as he then looked out the side and uncovered to see it clearly, "So... that's the ocean?" Omni asked as Nyaria nodded, "Yes, it is."
"A port town is on the ocean!" Maota said, Nyaria giggled, "Maota means it is partially on the ocean, it is to let boats sail easily out into the ocean, to not ruin the bottom of its hull. We'll show you around tomorrow, make a day out of it." she said as Omni nodded while they continued on to the Duke's castle.
Once at the castle, Omni put his hood on, Nyaria sees him do so to then reach and lightly help him, "There." she said before then feeling the cart stop and they exit to see Duke Cladius walking out to greet them, "Welcome to my castle, here in Gredia, niece and nephew." he said.
Nyaria and Maota greeted their uncle in their way while Omni watched on, he continued to keep an eye on Maota and Nyaria as they spoke w/ their uncle, having tea and cakes, Nyaria even offered some to Omni and he thanked her for it, he kept his hood on while eating and drinking.
Cladius looked at Omni still w/ disgust for such a thing to even be around his family, living like he was and equal when he clearly wasn't normal at all, but he kept up his appearance in front of his niece and nephew, but he wasn't going to make friends w/ him, for that was certain.
