This one was very different. I approached it differently, redid it about six times and I'm both very disappointed and very pleased with how it turned out.
As you may notice, it's somewhat of an important page.
I tried a few different configurations and asked a few people, and this was the best way it turned out. I'd wanted a more dramatic/traumatic transformation sequence, but I scrapped that to be used later for something quicker/messier That's one of the reasons I really dislike certain aspects about this page. Kind of choppy, but what can you do? I might have been able to do something better if I'd had more time to work on it, but sticking to one page a week while still having time to work on other stuff means that my ability to experiment is limited.
I'm still learning, though. Might redo it later if I ever compile these into a book or something. We'll have to see how I feel about it then.

Hoooly frigging hell. This transitioned from cute and slightly spooky to straight up nightmare express! The distortion of figure is so crazy! The way the red dominates the page makes her stand out a whole hell of a lot. Everything looks wet, and when everything looks wet and red and black, it's highly worrying. Definitely a great page!

Uppin' the spooks on this page, for sure! It's fun to mess with styles every now and again. Keeps things from getting boring and that alleyway scene was killing me. XD
