I dunno, desu~ the old thread hit the bump limit and started autosaging, I was in the stream anyway so I was like "what the hell ... can't hurt and we need an image for the next thread."

Sadly, it's not that I am slacking on commissions, it's that commissions can easily eat hours of my time with only a slow amount of progress and a 15-20 minute uncomplicated sketch is much faster to produce.

Well, you did name him Sweet. . . Most guys don't want to associate anything soft, sweet and/or cuddly with a guy's name. I believe it's called 'The Delicious Effect'. But he does have a cool design.

Well, the artist's name is MegaSweet ... https://megasweet.deviantart.com/ and I haven't known him for long, but given how he regularly bends gender stereotypes, I'm going to hazard a guess that stupid things like "that's unmanly!" don't really phase him, plus the fact he's a brony.

Most bronies are pretty damn comfortable and confident in their sexuality and identity.

Minisweet is another fan/friend of his, and it's a running gag that Minisweet is the fictional "little brother" type. I just made the "mini" a bit more literal.

well, awesome; I was only stating the (conjectured) reason the default is for a guy to think of sweet as a girl. I actually read the comments below the pictures first. My reaction too was "Female", but not quite "female enough", so until his gender was revealed, I just put him in the same category I put elves in: an Andro trap. Looking at the picture further reveals a broad chest (masculine) and boyish cuts to mane and tail. Very well done, but don't become a crazy cat lady over the fact that guys couldn't tell right away that he's a boy. :3

lol when I see the little one on the back looking to the other I some how see this as his moral self telling him whats right and wrong (like jimmy the cricket was for pinnocchio)

Nice. X3 Though when I first looked at the pic, I mistook one of his legs for something else. A rather LARGE something else, but till. Probably should blame certain naughty pony pictures. So anyway, if Mega just really really big, or is mini just rather small?

That's what happens with a 10:1 gender ratio ... everyone just assumes you're a girl until proven otherwise.
