Fanciful commission I got from YasminaChan of FA. 2 boys come upon a chatty toony otter and venture into the lake to meet him without much more ado.~
Maybe it's the black shading, but she made this setting really dark and artsy, and I <333 this. Looks like it could be from an animated film or something.
