Developed from the Magpul Masada, the Bushmaster Adaptive Combat Rifle (ACR) is a rifle manufactured by Bushmaster and Remington (Bushmaster for civilian sales, Remington for military and law enforcement). The rifle took part in the competition to replace the M4 Carbine but the competition was cancelled before a winner could be decided.
