This is a lil something I slapped together for convenience, because I like to make playlists and post links to youtube videos :P It's pretty straight forward to use. Just run it. You can hide or show it by clicking it's icon in the system tray. All you have to do to create a list is click and drag a video link on youtube or copy/paste a video url.
