Well to be fair, with everything that they've been through up to this point... Lilo becoming an experiment likely wouldn't rate all that high on the surprising scale. :P

This could go several ways. Maybe she accidentally gropes Stitch (Or just rubs him the wrong way). Maybe Lilo is strong enough but too inept to fight, and while Stitch is easily brushing off her assault, he starts to see how attractive she is and pins her down or something to mate with her. Or Lilo sees that Stitch has her picture, and she realizes he's attracted to her. Maybe Lilo surprises Stitch so much that she just mops the floor with him, then after she's done beating him down, he admits that he loves her.
(I like that last idea the most :P)
