Did you see "Reindeer Brat" as a background? This guy's grown up in that culture. He's sweet, loving, eager to please, never initiates sex, and has no concept of either body modesty or bodily integrity - he's used to his keepers "improving" him as they see fit, with little input from him - except for occasional encouragement for them to not hesitate on his account.

Born to two relatively unexceptional lapdragons, sired by a prize-winning stud using a precious egg purchased from a prized hen, as well. Their geneitc relationship was irrelevant to his parents, who loved him intensely. Between his nature, their upbringing, and loving and respectful keepers, he proved his germline and - between him and his biological siblings - his biological father is now considered a valuable stud, and his biological mothers' eggs command a high price at auction. Now, though he doesn't know them, he has many brothers, sisters, half-brothers, and half-sisters running around - all young, and increasingly leggy; those who will buy eggs at auction and pay stud fees often won't even let an intact dragon over their door sill, whether they're pizza delivery dragons, business partners, or otherwise free dragons there of their own accord.
