Poppy Burracho is an abundantly female Viajurra (donkey) and the mother of Pepita, Ambergail, and Ginger-Allison Burracho.

As with her daughters, Poppy speaks in a largely Southern accent with a considerable amount of interjected slang similar to Spanish.
