He has predator-sharp features that are softened somewhat by Liquid-Brown eyes that many a woman has wished to dive into and drown herself, and a ready, wry smile. His ruff is feathered in a way that says, "Yes, Halpthiu has discovered the wonders of styling gel." He has a voice that can be mistaken for Casey Kasem's, a commanding presence (in spite of his relative lack of height) And can be something of a wise-ass at times.
POWERS: He possesses a high level of psychic power that includes: Telepathy, Telekinesis, Teleportation, a limited Metamorphic ability, has Ultraviolet, Infrared and Starlight vision, and the ability to sense and map magnetic fields using the six rather prominent whiskers at the tip of his muzzle.
OTHER ABILITIES: He is a master of disguise, of several martial arts, an expert marksfur with an extremely fast draw, an Olympic class archer, a trained tactician, combat pilot and instructor (at the T.S.S. Academy) and can press 5 tons above his head.
Personality
While normally a pleasant person to be around, he definitely has his hot buttons (which any criminal can find within the first 30 seconds of a fight) that include - but are not limited to - Child Endangerment, Civilian Endangerment, Terrorism, Animal Cruelty, and a certain video-game the media used as the inspiration for his most famous call-sign.
Due to a tragic incident when he was young, he has to deal with a kind of "Guilty Hydrophobia" (See "Background/History").

Background/History
He was born into one of the "Big Four" clans of Canin nobility. So, as a noble, has an oblique claim to the throne.
When he was 11, his family was sent to the Grular Emperor (at his request) to negotiate an end to 1,000 years of on-again, off-again war between their two nations. The negotiations went well, and ended on a friendly note. On the way back to Canin territory they stopped for a picnic lunch. Foxy (disobediently) entered a nearby pond to catch the planet's equivalent of a frog to scare his sister with. While he was in a patch of reeds, his group was attacked by a group of Grularen slavers led by his future enemy Commandant Heskal Kohlar. His parents were both killed in the attack as were their guides. His sister, Tehranya, was taken into slavery. He, however, was missed in his hiding place among the reeds.
This incident had the effect of leaving him teetering on the edge of sanity.
A year later he was inspired by his mentor (a Grular teacher who he almost ate when they first met) to adopt an alias to fight his true enemy. He went on to form a legend for himself defending the Morphs and Poor of the Emperor's Forest as The "Quick Red Fox".
Later still he returned to his homeland and enrolled in the Halpthiuian Exploratory Service's academy (graduating in the Command Percentile) where he was reunited with his childhood sweetheart and Linkmate the Princess Flessalrhanya Vixoral.
They renewed their relationship ( on a much more "mature" level) as much as Foxy's career would allow until he was assigned a berth on the H.E.S. Taren for an eight year exploratory mission. Near the end of this time, he was to participate in the near-disastrous "First-Contact" incident, which nearly destroyed his reality's Earth, and was the beginning of the Alpha-II Confederation.
He later returned to Earth with the Princess (who was on a diplomatic mission to Earth at the time) and helped found the Confederation's military arm, the Tacti-Strategic Services. They were also married during this time.
He met his best friend and often sidekick, Dr. Christopher Nu Bris Bi (Entry Pending) on an adventure on Chris' homeworld of Carthania, where he rescued Flessa (who was pregnant with their first daughter, Alirhanya), from the stronghold of "Lord" Davader, where he lost his right hand in a castle gate. They forged a lifelong friendship in the process.
Since then he has had an eventful career in the T.S.S. and has married more wives (Halpthiuians can have more than one spouse, the girls can too) and raised a fine, if unusual family.

Reddish-Brown/Russet main fur color with a White countershade, Black "gloves" and "boots", a Black "cross" on his back extending from the base of his skull to the base of his tail and down the backs of his arms to the gloves, White tip on his tail, Fluorescent Orange curved checkmark behind his left eye (high tech slave tattoo), a scarred patch on his chest just left of his sternum, and other, lesser, scars at various places on his body. Bionic right hand concealed by a synthetic fur glove. Six prominent whiskers on muzzle just behind nose.
Clothing
He is normally encountered wearing the uniform of the Tacti-Strategic Services which consists of a Violet jacket over a same color short sleeved tunic with adarker stripe on the shoulders over dark grey trousers and Black boots.
