Because Viko still can't leave diaper, he's been send to the lower grades of elementary school, and eveyday he has to pull his skirt up to the teacher to prove he remember to wear his diaper and won't wet in the class.
"If you can't act like a big boy and loose yourself again I'll send you to the kindergarten. Understand?"
Though he noded his head, what he doesn't know is that someone planned to add some thing which helps excretion into his lucn box...
