This is an architectural drawing of the constable's office in the village two miles west of where Bron and Lacara Meerkat and sons live in Cunene Province, Angola.
The well pump in the restroom is not an electric pump, as there is no electrical grid available to run one...The pump is the kind that you have to keep primed and crank a lever up and down.

Even though the walls are wood frame and stucco, the interior walls, floor and ceiling of the jail cell are 2 inch thick x 10 inch wide hardwood board planking to reduce the chances of an inmate escape.
