Perhaps a bit too together for the pair's comfort though that's what they appear to be huddling together under that electric blanket for. I can't help but think of this one of a few potential "hazards" for two exothermic types like a shark and alligator in a relationship. I'll bet neither Meg nor Carrie have to worry about this sort of thing.
They're just being wimps about it here but I'm sure in other cases it can be a factor. Russ's fur might make a difference that he takes for granted if it was affecting them though.
