Looks like Schnoppenbozzer, the bad imp that was supposed to be bonded to Wendy by the Familiarize spell. It was the latest attempt by bad witches & wizards to turn her to the bad. Fortunantly HotStuff waylaid Schnoppenbozzer and substituted a morphed Casper for the imp, and upon the spell being spoken, Wendy became bonded to - Casper !
