The 2nd pic captured the B & W quality of old TV sets. The very first one I recall was a B & W, yes. With a thick tube. And it had "channel 1" tho I don';t recall what it would show. I also recall channel 3 -but it did not show channel 2. I was annoyed when Channel 3 was showing ZOTZ ,but channel 2 didn't. I never saw ZOTZ offered since.

It's modified from an old drawing from 1995, long before there were Furry artsites around. Originally back in that day and time, I didn't consider my characters to be anthro. As it is now, the TV is a novelty set made to look like a big version of those combination radios with the small TV screen built into them.

These 2 trolls reminded me of a demon character I had in one of my fan-fics. Malaccia. One MAJOR difference was the total absense of any jaws or mouth ! But the huge nose & teacup-sized nostrils...
If he got into a kitchen, he would but inhale and he'd draw out all the savor from any food on hand. The food would look the same, BUT - it now tasted like wet cardboard and have the same nutritional value. He ruined a fully prepared banquet at Graduation Day. Dealing with whoever didn't set wards against him would have to come later, as fixing this situation was of prime importance. Fortunantly they had the Tablecloth of Saint Bridget. Just unfurl it and presto, an instant feast for all in the hall !
They weren't supposed to use it, as it was a borrowed artifact from Glastonbury,England. Still,it WAS an emergency.
