I wanted to draw something for a change and then I wanted to have my dragon dress as a female. Jenny had a pretty cool costume when she was on TV and so he dressed up as her.
Here he's pretending to charge a magic blast to shoot somebody. I didn't do the stripes in jenny's hair because of laziness. Stripes can be a pain to keep smooth/straight/aligned.
