Still the pic has a fluffy tail, and he has no fluffy tail. I just used the "stepping out of shower idea" to make up for the poofy design. It was a YCH, so can't really complain much. >w<

Neither does he. Doesn't have that much fur on him, so should be fairly easy to dry. I'm sure he just lets it air-dry mostly, even though it's poofy after towel-drying it. Static is a bitch for fur. :p
