I had to enchant it myself. Muffle on the boots for quiet footsteps and multiple agility and dexterity enchantments to make me sneakier. That's how you make the outfit believable. I even have a slight illusion spell making my tail invisible to normal sight. Not just because Nori forgot to draw it!
I thought about getting Power Armour from Fallout but I reckoned that anything that's too heavy to let me fly would be a terminally bad idea.
