I've been told massages are nice and enjoyable, so I gave it a try to see if it was as good as people say. I found out 'nice' and 'enjoyable' were not the words to describe it for my first massage. So I tried it again years later (second chances and whatnot), and found that; for myself anyways, the words 'painful' and 'excruciating' best describe them. But for some people, they are good, literally therapeutic in some cases as well. To each their own~

I highly recommend getting one. Not only does it promote good health for the body, but increases relaxation while decreasing stress (something everyone needs) and if done correctly can help to clear the mind and body of impurities. Just make sure you get one from a licensed massage therapist if your significant other hasn't gone through the proper schooling or just doesn't want to cramp up their hands.
