It's actually called a "Victorian Collar", but the "Cone of Shame" has started showing up on the just-cut. This freshly minted lapdragon is about to be led off home a bit earlier than usual. He'll be fine, but most of the time would-be lapdragons do more of their recovery on Bodyshoppe property.
On the other paw, I think he's going to have to spend some quality time on public transportation dressed like that.
