How about showing Sonic Adventure 2 some love? Her alternate outfit in the Dreamcast version was awesome (of course there are also her alternate outfits in Sonic Rivals 2).

I see you have her alt costume from SA2: Battle, but I'm wondering if you remembered her alternate costume from the original dreamcast version of Sonic Adventure 2, which looked a lot more like...well...Batgirl's. Is it supposed to be the second to last one where she has a folded down hood or is that her ninja costume from Sonic X? Wow, now that I type this out I realize that Rouge has the most alternate appearances of any Sonic character despite not really having her design rebooted like everyone else.
