He is known to be a bit distracted sometimes and pretty lazy, but when others need him, Angel Cat or Mokko, he's right there to help them. like any cat, Mokko loves to be petted, however he only lets the ladies pet him.

was watching a part of One Piece that partly got me to draw this character out. the crew was on an island in the clouds called skypia and the native characters to this place had wings, so i couldn't help but draw this little guy. enjoy ^w^
