mmmmm the little flea knows beter, hes not miroku after all, he can be a bit lechrous at times true but he knows if he spies on kirara hes likely to get more then just squished, hell get roasted alive keep in mind how old kirara is, its only shown once but kirara is as old [or older] then the shikon no tama itself was. so i should think shes more then capable of guiding shipo in this on her own, even if she cant speak to him conventionaly.

As creepy as the bug guy is, the way the cat keeps staring at the fox demon like "I want your babies, lets do it, lets do it now" i find more disturbing. But perhaps thats because i am a gay guy that was stalked by a woman before.

This looks to be good, and your art for these are well made. I thought you had made quite the improvements during your making of Dragon You Over. I very much like how that turned out. You seem to improve more still.
As for the two versions of this, I like the original look of Shippo vs the fox look, just a little. But both work for me. ^.^
