he has a very messed up background but he never gave up hope and he lived life like it was his last and kept the peace.

Background/History
when he was a child he lost his first friend when no one would be his friend to a villain which in turn unlocked his power that slept within him.when he became 14 years old that same villain found him and killed one of his friends and hurt the other he ventured to find that man and make him pay for what he has done. He met multiple people on his journey, Mewtwo and Nora the Kangaroo. when he became 16 he lost his girlfriend Nora to a villain the called himself Omega. He got a boost of power and killed Omega with no mercy since Omega was created to destroy the world. 2 more years passed and he grew into a young man that didn't hold onto the past like most people. Chris found himself a new girlfriend named Mera the rat, she reminded him of his old girlfriend and that filled the void in his heart a year passed and they both have lived happily fighting to save the world.

World/Setting
it takes place in an alt. Universe of Mobius that is similiar to earth but just filled with everything from other animes and videogames.

he has 3 quills that go up and a smaller, he has 3 bang in front of his face, his skin is brown and his fur is a darker brown color.
Clothing
he wears a scarf that wraps around him with the logo of his HQ on it. he wears a vest and his pants are swear pants, he doesn't like jeans being that it's rides up on him. the symbol on his pants are like a diamond shaped they mean nothing it is just a design. he wears black cut gloves. He has teal rings that help him speed up the charge of his aura attacks to make them more effective.
Accessories
a money pouch with 100,0000 dollars in it.(people just gives him the money and the people refuse to take no as an answer)
