I must have a ref of the character to draw them. doesn't have to be a ref sheet, but must be a clear pic of the character. no pics of parts to equal a character. colored commissions must have a colored ref of the character. If not please add the color palette and use arrows or something to point at which colors go where.
I rarely draw backgrounds, and if I do, they're very simple.
If you are being rude or difficult with your commission, I have every right to stop the commission and refund you your money back.
