I didn't cry when I started college, but I did cry quite often during the period of time I wasn't. I was denied financial aid after my very first semester of community college and so I wasn't a student of any school for a year and a half. Depressing times, I had no car/license, no job, relied on my parents for most things, and was frequently called a burden.
Of course thankfully most of that is completely different now (still no job, but less reliant). :3

I'm sorry to hear that man, that does sound like a tough time. I had a similar experience after college with no job and a rather impossible task ahead of me.

Yeah, it was pretty shitty, thankfully I was eventually able to re-enroll into that community college and transfer out to the university I go to now, which I only have a few more semesters left of. :3

Aw man, now Chucky is making me all swell up in tears when he cry.
I enroll in a community college in Daytona Beach, Florida. ( now state college ) it was two years that I attended and I don't know diddily squat about college since my mom and my sister have me enroll in financial aids as a birthday gift, I think. My major was graphic design but I have to attend some classes with includes ( my enemy ) ' math '. I despise it with a great passion. And not only that, I had to attend class and work on a job at the same day. ( meaning I work on morning and attend class at night and other days I attend class in morning and work at night. ) That shit was stressful to the extreme at that time.
But even at that time, I was diagnosed with GAD and I had to choose either work or go to school. Since most of my artistic experience are self-taught and I always pass art class ( except other classes I didn't ), I decide to cancel college since I was there for two years. I don't know if it was the right move cause like I said, I don't know nothing about what college is cause I go to college to see what it's like and what will happen if I pass.
So, that's my fail life. I could feel the huge letter L squeezing out of my forehead.

I knew a few people in college who were also working full time. I couldn't imagine working and going to school. I did a little bit of work while in school, and that was tough. College isn't right for everyone, you gotta go with what works for you.

Cool, thanks for the reply. Also, I didn't notice his tears were on his cell phone or 'com' screen. That was a nice touch you did there.
I'm thinking 'com' as ' intercom'. Am I correct? Also,........Chucky's mom looks hot. But if the character is based on you, then I apologize about that remark. It's just the way you draw. Hee hee...

'Com' is short for 'communicator' in their society. Funny, when I started drawing this in 2006 it seemed like futuristic technology. But I'm pretty sure you can skype with smartphones right now.
