As to sideways, you can always use a program to rotate it 90 degrees to the right.

Nah, it comes as part of the job, so no bonuses for it or anything. I'm glad my skills are being put to use, though - when I last worked at this store, I'd only just started drawing, so this would've been a no-go for me back then!
