Character Description
Biltz is a very mixed up individual. He was accused of a crime he didn't commit, made the wrong decisions and ended up running from the law. His only friends are two other people who are in the same situation. However Blitz is very friendship driven and likes to be friendly. However he has a vicious temper and paranoia. He's a very helpful and loyal friend but can get angry with people who aren't the same. Rather mentally unstable he can either be seen as someone who deserves pity or someone to be feared. He's also a powerful fighter and very capable in battle.

Personality
Emotion is not Blitz's strong point. Although pleasant enough he tends to be a rather reserved individual. Unlike Rick who has become disillusioned with people, Blitz still feels some connection to people. However Blitz has a vicious temper and is prone to fits of madness. In a way he is a victim and should be pitied but in another way he's also dangerous. If it's something he really cares about Blitz will put all his effort into it but he is prone to depression and can shut down if he gets too sad. Blitz forms strong friendships and will never betray his friend and always help them when they are in need. However Blitz can be too trusting of people he knows only a little. Although easily fooled, making enemies with Blitz is not a good idea as he can go over the top in his revenge.

likes making new friends, meeting old friends, having friends, helping friends and reading books, dislikes people who hate him, being betrayed, people who hurt his friends, not being able to return to society and racists.
Background/History
Like many people of Motorhead race around in the 1980's, Blitz took part in the Meka-Urga war on the Mekan side. Following the war there was a lot of bad feeling between Mekans and Urgans leading to the Mekans being very much hated in South Island, especially people of Motorhead race, since the Motorheads were the ones that started the war. Blitz moved to South Island to be closer to his father who lives in Monsterville. However the reception he got was far from friendly. Accused of a crime he didn't commit, he went on the run, which only confirmed people's suspicions. In his absence he was put on trial and found guilty without being able to defend himself with the valuable knowledge he possessed that could have opened up the whole case. Since he can't be tried for the same crime now that he has already been sentenced, if he ever reappeared he'd be arrested no matter what he said. Blitz has been living on the run for some time now and on his travels he came across two other people also trying to avoid the authorities and became friends out of necessity.
Relatives/Family
Blitz's family live in Mechatropolis which is north of Monsterville. People from Mechatropolis, especially Motorhead race in particular, are not found this far south very often but Blitz is on a mission to find his father who lives around Monsterville. Blitz can't visit his family since he is on the run from the law but he still feels close to them.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
Blitz's body resembles a person wearing dark grey motorcycle leathers. Underneath his tough fabric hull is an unarmored mechanical body. That is except for his hands and feet which are covered in a shell of steel painted red. His head is a motorcycle crash helmet that houses a camera, speaker and microphone as well as a projector which displays an image against the blackout visor that represents how Blitz is feeling via emoji style images since Blitz has no face to display emotions. On the back of his head is a smoke stack style pipe that has a red tip and goes straight upward.
Clothing
Blitz wears a red vest and bloomers combination.
Accessories
Blitz can produce pipes from his body which can wield as improvised weapons or project like tentacles.
