doing a fight scene is the hardest thing ever to me ~3~. i needed shippo to get atleast kinda hurt, plot reasons, yet i dont wanna do it! whatever, now it's all gonna be easy from here im sure. also cant wait to get back to keade's village, a location that isnt random forest! :l
shipo is very young, transforming into anything intricate requires imence focus and while he is improving in this comic he doesnt quite have the focus needed to do anything truely impresive...plus the baloon form is hard landing proof

He's still a child as far as demons go. I'd assume that's the best he can do as well as his other weapons. Laughing Mushrooms, Spinning Tops, and of course the balloon. After he matures more, he'll get more experience and be able to do more intricate transformations. (I'd assume XD)

Definitely makes more sense right to left; I was confused the first few times I read it - "fox on ground, what is this suddenly transforming in the air and then doesn't appear again?", plus "he got hurt by the top?"
