Here are some old drawings I came across in a box when I was at my place in Arkansas last week.
I drew these in the process of preparing a manuscript to try to get a book publisher interested in it back before there was internet.
They've been in that box for years. I had long thought I didn't have them anymore.

These are great! I think I love the earthquake pic the most, with the wavy lines and the ceiling fan hehe. Roy Bee is so cute too! Thanks for posting :D

I was going through papers, maybe accumulated in the past 50 years, and found a 2-pg story I wrote ,THE BOY FROM QWERTYVIPER. I have no idea why or when I wrote it. I know I would not have designed the star to be so - weird ! His name was unpronounceable. I may post it soon.

I DO know that I will not be posting THE ASTRAL AVENGER as I am embarrassed by it.

You should offer this to a publisher of children's picture books. It's a whole lot better than some stuff that's been recently published. Go wan, do it !

Are you aware that one large species of spider puts pictures of flowers on their webs, to trick insects. The picture are in a color we can't see (ulfer).

pic 9 - The stairs resemble those of the family's old home in Hopewell Junction. I know the route to drive, tho I never drove it while my folks were living. But I mapped it out to get to the cemetary & back. My family is there.

The old home is sold .Long ago. I do not know if it's even there anymore. The current owner has locked the gate.

#3 - the beating of wings is well done. I recall seeing a hummingbird-moth feeding. I could not examine the wing veination as the moth was flitting from flower to flower and never resting. Wings blurring with their speed, and yet hovering.

Sphinx moths - caterpillar is big.

Thanks for the compliment.  :)
Actual humming birds are also amazing in that their wings are so fast, they look transparent, although they are actually feathered wings like on any other bird.
