^__^ Thank you! Well to do it I used SAI 2 beta from 3/19/2016. It has a bunch of layers with different blending modes such as shade/shine , overlay, burn/dodge , shine , and a couple of normals. I also used a water color brush with a 'middle flat" shape and 'dust' texture. I flipped the 'middle flat' shape to line up with my 6D art pen, so I'm able to turn the stylus and get a thin stroke or turn it another way and get a thick one. Hehe, honestly, all of it was just playing around with all the brush and layer options until I got something cool looking :P
