I've started playing Oblivion again not long ago and, of course, I ended up doing an Argonian.

For some reasons, quests in this game seemed to be the most memorable and I liked the one which you have to infiltrate the Mythic Dawn. Perhaps it's because of the fact I had to help a fellow Argonian to escape from a certain doom as he was about to be sacrificed. I know it wasn't part of the goal of the quest, but I want to, anyway.

Long time ago, when I had to rely on the Xbox 360 because my PC was not good to play recent games, he was only fleeing all the way to the exit and disappear into the wilderness without a word who he was. I originally thought he was just a generic character that wasn't bound to any place, but I only found him at the end of the main quest at the Temple of the One and wasn't sure who he was for a moment.

This time, with the help of patches, I realized he was supposed to talk to me as soon we escape from the cave to tell me who he is. He wasn't fleeing from that point on, but simply walking his way back to the Imperial City naked. I ended up escorting him (more like following him because it never was part of the quest) and protected him from the danger on the road. I believe it took a good real hour in order to reach the temple in Imperial City.

I dunno why I did that, though. I guess it was a good incentive to level up my skills. ;P
