This is intended to be sort-of-subtle Zootopia fanart. I watched the movie yesterday and it just resonated with me on so many levels. This is my little nod to its message and why I relate to it so much.
This past week I spent a lot of my time thinking about venting my doubts through my artwork. My mind revolved around the uncertainty about my abilities and where I'm headed and if I can ever achieve my ambitions or support myself pursuing them.
Watching the movie brought me back from that uncertainty and while I'm still more than aware of the challenges and hard work I'm faced with, I'm motivated to meet them again.
If you're reading this, you've probably been following my work for a while now. I want to thank you for your support. A major part of what keeps me working on my art is that it makes an impact on others. Knowing that I have an audience that cares about what I do gives my art meaning.
If you haven't been following me for very long... I still want to thank you for your support. Many of my fans will tell you that I've phased in and out of the fandom for extended periods in the past, so knowing that my work is still good enough to follow really helps me out. I don't thank new watchers individually, but I always appreciate it.
