Character Sheet for Zacharias Budd
Character Description
Zack is the long descendant of a tribe of slaves. Despite being freed since some individuals like being slaves and Zack falls into this category. He may have been born into slavery but he chose to stay. He's been passed around the slave trade for a while now and currently works for Jason Gobbuck who is very glad to have him. Slavery in the true sense as in being the property of someone and being held against your will is illegal and technically that's not the case with Zack. Zack has the right to leave at any time he likes but he's proud of his servitude. Zack has absorbed the slavery culture as a whole and maybe that's why he enjoys working for Jason so much but his ideas of slavery are nothing like the reality. He may support the idea and work his hardest to protect it but does he really understand what he's fighting for.

Personality
Zack's a calm and reserved person but he's pretty confident and not at all arrogant. Zack enjoys nothing better than serving his master and loves the idea of servitude though he may see slavery in a different light than its reality. In truth it's not the idea of slavery he enjoys but making his friends happy and he may be confusing the two things. He likes having direction and being told what to do and can work til he drops if needed. He's an eternally loyal ally but also a highly dangerous enemy. He doesn't obey the rules as they stand except for avoiding trouble with the law where possible and believes his master's word is absolute. He's not supposed to let his emotions show but Jason is often good at guessing his feelings. He's never had to fight between his friends and his code of servitude and it could be a problem in future. Saying that he respects those who give him respect and truly cares for those who also care about he feels as a person and are willing to listen to his views.
Likes/Dislikes
likes having structure and security, being appreciated, helping out and protecting his way of life, dislikes people who don't understand, having to keep order and being in trouble with the authorities.
Background/History
Zack was born into the slave trade but when he had the option to leave it he stayed. He liked the slavery culture maybe a bit too much and has some pretty wild ideas about what it's about. Needless to say he got passed around and is now the property of Jason Gobbuck and he couldn't be happier as Jason is involved in the illegal slave trade. Zack has been Jason's trusty manservant for years now and truly enjoys every moment.
Relatives/Family
Zack has a family but they are proud of their servitude and have gone wherever their masters take them. They're scattered all over Valhalor but when Zack is alone he does get the chance to speak to them.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
he's a black human, his skin is brown, so are his eyes and his hair is black or at least it would be if he didn't have to shave it off to wear his helmet
Clothing
he wears a grey waterproof airtight rubber suit with blue stripes on the arms and legs and around the belly. The palms and backs of the gloves are also blue and so are his shoe heels. He wears a grey helmet with a one way visor and blue rings that go around the head from left to right and over the head making a grid pattern which is only broken by the solid grey visor.
Accessories
as well as having a pda and phone built into the helmet the suit also has the ability to have carrying barrels that hang from chains appear out of the hands at will. These can be used as gates to the suits inventory which is held in a storage space in a hollow version of the suit with a bag inside that's kept in an ethereal reality. They can also be deadly weapons which Zack is very capable of using to protect what he holds dear.
