Character Sheet for Vladimir Barlow
Character Description
A typical businessman he's an arrogant coward and does what he can to get on the good side of those who are winning. Lisbeth puts him in his place with the pay off of being the face of the family for him. A bit of a stiff he doesn't know how to chill out but he can be capable of a lot of suppressed feelings. His excellent planning ability makes him a useful ally but his inability to do any real work can be a problem, also his total lack of loyalty.
Personality
Vlad is a yes man and successful business man. He knows how the market flows and has used that more than once to make a profit. He's often bossed around by his wife with nothing but a "yes dear" as a subtle complaint. He's actually rather happy with his life right now despite its imperfections. He can be harsh with his insults but truthfully he's a coward. He doesn't really have a happiness bone in his body as he's never allowed himself to feel but he's capable of great anger and the good breeding to know how to bite his lip. Sly and arrogant he can be difficult to like but he actually cares a lot for his own family even if he sees others as insignificant tools at his disposal. He worries a lot about many things and to some degree his wife is his rock who controls him but also protects him from other people. He likes the idea of hard work but just how capable he is is another question and he can be very practical and good at planning things out.
