Character Description
Rob is probably the nicest person in Diegoltun. Calm and friendly and often good with matters concerning people and emotion he's often there to give people guidance. He's religious but doesn't bring it up unless mentioned. He had a rough start but he turned out okay. Unfortunately the movie theater he bought has fallen on hard times since the mall opened up it's own theater about a year ago. Rob is reluctant to let his beloved theater become a page in the history books but other than appealing to a strange audience there's little he can do about it. People have noticed that he sometimes can be a little strange but it's probably down to his past and current financial situation.
Personality
Rob is a very nice and friendly person with a heart of gold. Calm and content and good with kids he's a good parent figure. The only time he gets angry is when he sees kids being mistreated. He's hardly ever fearful but he's not afraid to cry, especially where his beloved theater is concerned. He's a hard worker but not a forward planner and might need some guidance. He doesn't need to act pleasant to customers as he's a genuine nice guy who's just hit on hard times. Often being there to lend an ear he has some good advice when it comes to the heart and he's a good judge of character. He lives a clean life without drink and even though he's very religious he doesn't bring it up unless necessary. However, something is a little off with him. A lot of people have noticed it but think it's not really worth mentioning. It may be issues to do the fact that he was never adopted or that his precious theater is run down but he sometimes look sad and distant when he thinks nobody's watching.
Likes/Dislikes
loves the Diegoltun West movie theater and the orphanage, likes kids and brightening people's days, dislikes worrying about the future, being alone and not being appreciated.
Background/History
Roberto is a foundling who raised in the local orphanage in Diegoltun. Unfortunately he was never adopted and grew old enough for him to go out on his own. He later bought the old Diegoltun West movie theater because of his love for it. Unfortunately a year ago the mall opened their own movie theater and Roberto hasn't been able to compete. Diegoltun West has fallen into a state of disrepair since and Rob has been unable to get the latest blockbuster movies. He also had to sell many of the old classics to get by and now he only has really weird and obscure movies. For some it has its own charm but for many it's old hat and uncool. Rob hasn't forgotten how the orphanage helped him and now he likes to help out there when he can.
Relatives/Family
Rob was a foundling and he was raised by the local orphanage in Diegoltun. He was never adopted and grew up old enough to have a life of his own. He doesn't have a family per say but to him the orphanage is his family.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
yellow brown fur with tan coloring on the mussel, cheeks, inside the ears, chest and abdomen and on the underside of his tail. He has a broad black strip with white veins on the back of his head, running down his back and along the length of his tail. He also has a solid black tail tip, fingers and toes. He has blue eyes and hair and the inside of his mouth is also blue.
Clothing
white long sleeve baggy T-shirt and blue baggy suit pants
Accessories
Rob sometimes carries around an extremely large bag. Nobody knows what's in it but it must be big and considering its size probably pretty light as well.
