Oh man do I ever love Salmon! I love all seafood. I do remember as a kid I would always get fish and chips, every time where ever we went. Then when was 13 and for a good few years after I would get the salmon because I wanted to be classier and more fancy.

So Salmon is a yes for me, and a good go to meal option, plus its glorious when smoked on applewood cedar and then seared nice with a maple syrup glaze. Also enjoyable in sushi!
