I'd actually wait for them to be 18 and only for justified medical reasons. I dunno why someone would want to cut their foreskin off and be allowed to, if they're not allowed to have a toe surgically removed without a reason, for example!

It's not like a piercing or a tattoo that a teen can decide on without (serious) comsequences for life.

Parents are being fooled into getting their children done all the time. My bro had to go through it, but his penis got quite infected, so my parents decided they wouldn't do it to me at birth, and when I was 8 or so I was diagosed with phimosis, but when I reached puberty everything was working just fine, and I'm glad!

So yeah, they're all full of shit. It's all the jews' tradition and customs (and the money they get off it) :c

Actually yeah, 18 years is better. Then parents can't force them to do it at all, unless their children is 100% sure about it.
And also they would then have a chance to actually research about the issue themselfs.
Not just only doctors word of telling good (fake) things about why it should be done and why having foreskin is "bad".

The jews did it because masturbating was a sin and it prevented teens from doing it so much. Then Christ came and basically said 'this is bullshit' (although christianity kept the belief that masturbating is a sin, but... mutilating an infant is not right either)

It has one advancement, which is also the greatest disadvancement, to reduce pleasure and thus limit masturbation to a minimum. Don't ask why jews are rich all the time, they have literally nothing to fap with so that business is their life. XD
Also I think many children have phimosis, but it will go away. No need to cut just yet. Only if adults have problems it should be done (maybe).

Phimosis is not phimosis for most of boys. The foreskin in a lot of cases just won't go down because it's still attached to the glans and it's actually not healthy to begin to wash inside unless it naturally goes down. If not, just wait. It'd be like if you tried to peel off a finger to wash inside just for the heck of it! >_<

Consider the following:
Circumcision reduces masturbation in males and females by a fair amount of time.
So you can concentrate better on more important stuff.
Many diseases are transferred through sex. If that is just reduced to a necessary minimum, it'd be better and STDs wouldn't spread as much anymore.

I might be just odd man out, but I don't think circumcision reduced the ammount of times I masturbate. On the contrary, it might have increased the total time I masturbate because it takes longer to go off.

I meant that a uncut person faps e.g. 4 times a day and the same person after his circumcision maybe like 1-2 times a week.
While Im not 100% sure how long the time takes to get off, I'd say for the uncut 4 x 10 min per fap = 40 min a day.

While for the cut person, 2 x 60 min per fap

120 min per week.
which is a time reduction by half through circumcision. Maybe you are tempted to masturbate, but unable to do so lots???

I've known cut guys who can go on for hours, and natural guys who finish in minutes. The reality is that it's mostly in the brain. A cut guy can masturbate for hours when using lube, most people don't have time to masturbate for hours daily so most people wouldn't do it regardless.
Some people work in the porn business, then the masturbation may be a part of their important stuff and the basis of their livelihood, and they need to do it for hours daily as a part of their job.

Your statistics have no weight to them. We cannot ascertain factual information from hypothetical numbers, as they do not exist. The fact of the matter is that there have been relatively few comprehensive studies on the negative qualities of having a foreskin, and the ones that we have show a negligible percent increase in the likelyness of acuiring an std.

Now let's get to the core argument you pose for a necessity for circumcision: encouraging people to have less sex. This is an inherently backwards frame of thinking which has forced upon us such wonderful beleifs in society as abstinence only sex ed, and rampant homophobia. The fact of the matter is that the only thing that can make people think more about how much they want to have sex, is knowing more about it. The general rule is that when someone is well informed, they will usually make a beneficial decision. As has been proven time and againthrough various studies on the effects of sex ed.

Sex is a natural part of human existence, and fearing it serves only to cause unnecessary strife. You pose the concept that in spite of its obvious nonexcistence in creatures other than ourselves, it is in some way destructive, but you fail to pose any sound reasoning or scientific fact to justify this sentiment. I present to you the victorian era, sexual frustration embodied.

In short, your math is biased and uses arbitrary numbers based on a small if at all existent sample size, your theory is completely unfounded to this point, drawing conclusions from thin air, and you presume archaiac beliefs and missquoted idioms are proof enough of your claims. Good day sir.

There's a lot of comments about phimosis in the comments, but phimosis (tight foreskin) can only be diagnosed in adults. The foreskin is fused to the head during infancy. It starts detaching later on. (It just takes longer for some people.) If an adult still can't pull his foreskin back, it can be treated with stretching exercises and cream. No need to turn to circumcision. (And phimosis in adults is very rare.)
