First Miyazaki movie I ever saw was Princess Mononoke. It was kind of weird, but I enjoyed it, and went on to watch pretty much every other one of his movies I could get my hands on, including *shudder* Ponyo......lol
Also, did you know that the Cat Bus from My Neighbor Totoro was the inspiration for Appa from Avatar: The Last Airbender? The Cat Bus RULES. Oh, and did you ever notice that kid from the movie was riding his bike sideways? lmao
