So a while back during an art stream by kudzu, I mentioned that a gremlin had come in the night and stolen an hour (New Zealands DST had just kicked in), and oneiros~ apologised saying it was probably one of theirs. It inspired oneiros~ to create a new character and so here he is after I commissioned his creation, Echo stealing an hour of my time. The following information about the character comes directly from oneiros~:

Echo is the demon that steals an hour of your time every daylight savings. His sister, Murmur, will be the demon that gives time.
