Captain Wedgie's past is unknown since she hides behind that mask, all her usual powers and a gimmick where she hangs criminals by their underwear or pants (depend on situation and a new weakness being she loses her powers when someone humiliates her.
Like her old outfit, it too changes colors to whatever she wants it to be, except this time she gets two colors being her outfit features two colors.
