Children are frowning all over the world, so let's make 'em laugh instead.
The Rescue Aid Society is no stranger to charitable activity, including charity fund raising events. They've done dinners, they've done live theater performances, they've even done stand-up once, but tonight they wanted to make things a little more energetic, so they elected on a small carnival night in favor of it being a full family event. They got lotsa little fun things, ball tosses for small prizes, one of those cute little fishing games, a dunk tank with a clown, a big string of yarn for tug o' war, and various thrifty but fun little games for all. But more relevantly, there was a tickling-booth run by the local boy scout troupe. It wasn't hard getting four volunteers, as they were four loyal kids who were happy to do anything for the RAS, including sit in stocks and laugh their little mousey butts off. And wouldn't ya know it, the stocks pulled in more donations than anything else there, even at the low price per minute they were asking. Everyone took some time to play with the ticklish feet, adults, kids, the chairmen, even Bernard. Two of them were extremely wiggly and needed their toes restrained, but there were no complaints from them. There were plenty of toys to play with as well, feathers, brushes, small feather dusters, it's amazing what all humans design for dolls. They were given periodic breaks as well and well watered, but apart from those, they were busy laughing and squeaking all afternoon. And by the end of it all, they were staggering all the way home, but still smiling the whole way still. It was such a success, the Rescue Aid Society made note of it, and may just be wanting to do it all over again next month~
So here we have a commission from an anonymous benefactor, the mouse boy scouts from Rescue Rangers getting a tickling in stocks for charity or something, I chose charity. ^ω^ It was a cute idea right away, my only regrets are that only two of them seem at all similar to the original style, and that the floorpaper matches the wallpaper, but I blame the RAS for that design choice. XP But the gentleman who paid for it seemed happy, so as long as he is, then I'll try to be too. =3
