You never really know how far you've come until you just stop for a moment and look back. It can be easy to just give up. It can be easy to say things never change. It is easy to lose our patience, and to tell ourselves we are incapable, that we are only this or that. You are the memories of your future selves, and they know best of all. Become the moment, the recollection where you did something, anything good for yourself.
