Unless its an anime. or a hentai. If it's an anime, he'll likely be too shy/misunderstand it/something will keep it from happening And then he'll be called a pervert and beaten up by a girl who has a crush on him, but won't admit she is attracted to him. If its a hentai, he'll be too shy, but then get dragged in anyway.
