The KNS Group constructed the upscale, meticulously designed township known as KNS Samooha. It has a location in Nelamangla, Kasaba Hobli, North Bangalore, at Kanegowdanhalli. The project spans 150 acres, which is about the size of a small village. KNS Samooha is a gated community with around 2500 residential plots. The proposal features 12 m internal roadways and 24 m master plan broad roads.
