For a long title, this message is going to be quite short. I don't usually post on art sites anymore, largely because of three reasons:
1.) I'm a crap artist, and am too lazy to do the only thing that is guaranteed to make things better (e.g. do more art). Sometimes, I draw, but really, it's material that I don't want to post because it IS shit.
2.) Even if I get good, there's one other reason: I don't really see much use for art sites as a whole (haven't been able to since I stopped posting my crap art to dA), except for aggregating what art I DO like from friends and acquaintances online.
3.) My scanner (needed for my preferred medium of #2 pencil on reused paper), is incompatible with Windows XP/Vista/7 and Linux, and whenever I saved up for enough money for one, more important matters came up, such as my motherboard dying. I do have a decent tablet, but it's not quite the same as having that feel.
